About AP MODULAR

AP Modular LLC was officially formed in 2022 by Mr. Tony Smothers. He was born in Germany to Walter George and Margareta Smothers. His father being a veteran of the Vietnam War, was later stationed in Fort Campbell, KY and then settled in Clarksville, TN with his family, where he continued his career in law enforcement. Tony later met and married his wife Bianca where they continue to raise and be a family in Clarksville.
 
Since forming AP Modular LLC, the team has become synonymous when it comes to job site safety procedures and protocol. The team has numerous OSHA safety certificates and accolades for safety and protocol form the different sites and clients they serve. They always adhere to 
 

OSHA and USACE rules and regulations as work is being performed on government, residential and commercial projects.

The quality of work performed by the entire team has now placed them among one of the best modular installation teams in the business. They have installed and continue to install modular buildings for some of the top tier modular builders in the United States. The synchronicity of the team produces a top caliber of work along with excelled production of the finished out modular building.

The variety of ways the team can install the modular buildings has led to the number of top-quality installations along with several elated clients.
